From pickup by Augusta at the airport until drop-off, staying at the Anvaya was like coming home to one big family. And this was only our first stay in Bali. A warm welcome from Ayu and her team at check-in, to the genuine big smiles from all the people working at Anvaya, make you feel a valued guest. From housekeeping to poolboys, waiters at Kunyit and Sands restaurants and the pool bar, front desk, concierge and all others, thank you so much.
And the hotel itself? Only 10 minutes from the airport, but without any nuisance, it is perfectly located at the beach in Tuban, with many restaurants and shops at walking distance. It is a modern-day hotel with a contemporary Balinese design. The very spacious and comfortable open-air appearance is implemented throughout the whole building. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the spacious, luxurious and lush bed should not be unmentioned. Breakfast at Sands is like a trip around the world, everyone from anywhere can find something she or he likes. At Kunyit it’s all Indonesian food.
Although it’s a big hotel, it never feels crowded. At the nice green pool area there are always sunbeds available, at least in the period we stayed. (March-April) People are cleaning the property all day, even fallen leaves in the pool are deleted constantly. But it is not only this that makes the Anvaya worthwhile. It are all the people working there, with the big smile on their faces and doing everything in their power to make you feel special. And they do it all by heart, that’s what they are!
Loving this hotel , well located at Kota beach with good amenities. The Sands restaurant is well located facing the beautiful beach with great ocean views. Breakfast selection is plenty with international and local cuisines. Besides the hotel facilities, I would like to give thumbs up to the service provided by the hotel staffs. Right from reception, restaurant, cleaners , customers relations to drivers . During my 3 days stay I had some flared up of allergies. The customers relation officer, Cik Dayu Trisnna has been given us the great help in arranging the necessary treatment that I needed from getting a doctor on call to the hotel and also brought us to the nearby hospital for outpatient treatment. The driver Darma also is a great guy .
This resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a variety of food to choice from. During my time at the pool and breakfast, our server Windu Ardika was GREAT!! He has such a fun personality and ensured that we were extremely comfortable. Thank you again Windu and the entire staff at this resort.
We stayed 20 nights at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali. A wonderful city hotel that is actually an oasis of calm. A beautiful and very well-kept garden area, a great pool area and a totally friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful staff which leaves nothing to be desired.
We would especially like to thank our personal angel Ms. Caesilia Ariska, who either let us be pampered in Sakanti Spa or helped us immediately with questions or small problems 🥰. But also Ms. Elis Dewita and Ms. Danu Trisna were always there and always and everywhere sweetened our wonderful stay in this great hotel!!! Thank you very much!!! The breakfast offer in the two restaurants The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali (Sands Restaurant and Kunyit Restaurant) is also particularly noteworthy. No culinary wishes were left unfulfilled. Oh, we were able to enjoy the massage in the Sakanti Spa for hours. We would like to recommend this great spa to every hotel guest.

A beautiful setting, grounds immaculate, staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast always tasty and varied, cocktails cocktails cheap and delicious.
Pool staff always prepared to go ‘the extra’. A big ‘call out’ to the pool bar staff, esp. Gede and his friends, for their spectacular arranging of tables/sunsets/nibbles. Worked our way thru the cocktail menu during our stay, so feeling a ‘little pickled’!
ALL STAFF from pool cleaners, towels, brekky chefs, room service, regular ‘turning down of beds’ made us feel spoilt. They deserve a huge appreciation from management as they make Anvaya special. Congrats and thank you
